Localisation of eCommerce party products website into German within a short timeframe.

Founded in 2001, Party Delights is a Manchester-based online supplier of partyware, including balloons, fancy dress, stationery, party supplies, wedding accessories and personalised invitations, cards and banners.

After meeting the Web-Translations team at the Internet Retailing Expo, Party Delights decided to localise their eCommerce website into German.

With over 15,000 products to translate, as well as static pages and email content, Party Delights wanted to launch the site with enough time to capture Christmas sales, so all translation work had to be completed in less than one month.

Our experienced Project Managers created a virtual team of over 20 linguists to handle the translation and review processes, helping them to collaborate and coaching them through the process to ensure consistency and quality.

Successful management of the project, with its short timescale and demands for quality and consistency, led to Party Delights returning for further translations in German and in French.
